Environmental and Social Responsibility
There is significant increase in the use of powder coating technology due to the increasing concerns over human health and environment pollution associated with the use of volatile organic solvents.
We as RALEX Powder Coating are carrying out R & D work for development new solutions:
- Improving the overall energy efficiency with low temperature curing
- Completely remove the amount of heavy-metals from powder coat

Protect Human Health & The Environment!
VOCs: RALEX Powder Coatings Products does not contain any solvents, and therefor no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are released to the air.
Heavy-Metals: RALEX Powder Coatings Products are lead-free and does not contain toxic compounds.
Reduced health hazard for operators during application: As powders do not contain solvent there is a sinificantly reduction in nose and throat irritation. The powder can be removed from the skin easily by washing with warm water.
No air pollution: Powder coat is recoverable and no any powder escape into the atmosphere.
Reduction in the fire risk as no solvent required: As no solvent is required with powders, there is a reduction in fire risk which gives cost savings on statutory safety features in application area.
Save Energy!
Recycle: Powder coating can be recycled and thus approximately 95% of the powder coating can be recovered and reused.
Ready to use: Powder Coating are ready for use. They do not have to be mixed with any other ingredients such as solvents. This shorten the application time.
Easy to use: Less operator training is necessary.
Reduced energy requirements for heating oven: Technology development on low temperature and high speed curing will significantly decrease energy consumption.
Reduced energy and processing time requirements: Powder Coating does not contain any solvents volatile. No need to spend extra energy and extra time required to evaporate solvent from the oven.
Reduced cost of packaging: Greatly improved mar and scratch resistance damage from impact, rubbing or abrasion leads to reduce costs for packaging during transportation.
